Revitahealth Women Summit

“Just as the brain, heart and lungs are vitally important organs, the mind plays an integral role in the wellbeing of an individual. The benefit of psychologically being, and staying, motivated is priceless when it comes to health and working towards the best version of oneself.” – Dr Rolene Strauss

That is exactly why RevitaHealth is hosting Women Summits where thoughts regarding health, wellness and planning your future will be shared by Dr Ledivia Strauss, Dr Rolene Strauss and various guest speakers in the health, wellness and beauty industry.

The first RevitaHealth Women Summit hosted in February 2018 was sold out and women from across South Africa shared an experience which filled them with hope for new beginnings and incentive to make the necessary changes in their lives.

The first Women Summit focused on the masterpiece of aesthetic medicine and how to design your own future. Guests were spoilt with gift bags and practical tips to implement in their daily lives.

Our second Women Summit took place in July 2018 where we shared The Secret to Ageing Gracefully. The next Summit is all about getting practical. During this 'How To Edition' we will be sharing 5 ways to transform into a healthier, more confident you, this winter. It will take place on Val de Vie Estate, Saturday, 20 July 2019.
